Member Application

After you've purchased your insurance with CFSA (for skiers) or CSA (for snowboarders) and have your registration number handy, you will need to become a Silver Star Freestyle Club member (if you are not already a member).  Use the following application to become a member, then register for the program(s) of your choice.

FYI, parents can now use a single account to register multiple children to any of our programs.  If your children already have an account, or are old enough to routinely check their own email account, then continue to use or create accounts for both the parent and the child.

If you are using a single account to register multiple children, be sure to create the account under the name of the parent or guardian, not the child.  When registering for specific programs or events, you will then enter your child's name as the participant.
